Reminder: the security deposit and the 1^st-month rent must be paid 10 days after the reception of the contractual documents at the latest (the final booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment of the rent and the deposit).

Every tenant must contract a civil liability insurance.

Residents from the canton of Vaud (residences of Lausanne and Ecublens) must also contract a fire insurance from the Cantonal Insurance Establishment:
