Labels

The Régie Foncière is a member of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Agents in Geneva (USPI Geneva) and was awarded the Qualiy Label which certifies:

• The financial health of the company.
• The subscription of a civil liability insurance covering physical and material damage, as well as an insurance against fraud and malicious acts. The minimum cover is proportional to the amount of the rental portfolio under management.
• All staff members of the company must comply with the standards set out in the Code of Conduct of Real Estate professions.

The Régie Foncière has also received the Brokers’ Label, which sets high standards with regards to training, experience and professional practice. Our staff undertakes to comply with the standards set out in the Regulation of the Brokers' Label and the Code of Conduct of Real Estate professions. As intermediaries between the seller and the buyer, our brokers advise and assist both parties in all steps necessary for the proper conduct of the transaction.
