BEFORE FILLING THE APPLICATION FORM, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.

Minimum income required

For Lausanne, Ecublens & Geneva:

• A revenue equivalent to 3 times the rent if the tenant is paid.
• A minimum of CHF 6'000.- or € 5’000.- by the guarantor(s) tax household.

For Neuchâtel:

• A minimum of CHF 3'900.- if te tenant is paid and by the guarantor(s) tax household.

Documents to be provided by the tenant

• Copy of ID document.
• Certificate of registration or pre-registration provided by the university.
• Employment contract (if paid).
• Attestation from the « Office des Poursuites » of the current month (only for residents in Switzerland).

Documents to be provided by the guarantor(s)

My guarantor lives in Switzerland:

• Copy of ID document.
• Last 3 income statements or copy of the employement contract.
• Attestation from the « Office des Poursuites » of the current month

My guarantor lives in a foreign country:

• Copy of ID document.
• Last 3 income statements or copy of the employement contract.
• Copy of the last income tax.
• Copy of the land tax (if owner) or last rent receipts (if tenant).

Important: When we will be able to offer you an accommodation corresponding to your criteria, we will contact you to make you an offer. 

In case you obtain an accommodation, CHF 250.- of administrative fees will be charged at the signature of the lease agreement.
